We're going to miss you!
Please be aware that you need to empty your storage unit by the last day of any month. If you still occupy the unit on the 1st, you will be required to pay for the full month. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for early move-outs, and late payments will incur a fee.
Occupants must give written notice to the owner at least ten (10) days before the end of the current rental period if they plan to terminate the agreement. If you fail to provide this notice and do not vacate by the last day of the month, you will be responsible for one month's rent
