Self storage app instructions

Download the self storage app from the buttons below or go to your app store and search "Self Storage App". The app has a dark blue background & a white "S" shaped lock.

Download & open the app. It's Free! Allow location services while using the app in order for the Open Gate feature to work.

Allow notifications. You can also set up face ID or Touch ID so you do not have to enter your login information every time you open the app.
4.
Enter location code: 718. Select your location. Create an account, this is not tied to any account you already have.
5.
Enter your unit number as it appears on your statements. Enter your access code with numbers only.
Pay & View Account Balance on App:
Any payment method saved in the app is securely encrypted onto your device. This app is for one-time payments only. If you would like to set up autopay you must do that through our online payment portal, at our office or via phone call.
Open gate feature:
Tap "open gate" then indicate entry or exit. Allow 5-10 seconds for the gate to begin moving. Gate can be commanded to open again while in motion, if it stops then enter your code or use app again.
Reporting Issues on App:
Any issue you report is sent directly to a manager's cell phone and email. Report issues with your unit, item, vehicles out of place, damages, suspicious activity, ect. For fires, medical emergencies or crime in progress call 911.
