Upcoming Self Storage Auction

Auction Information

Units are sold via public auction, the highest bidder retains the entire contents of the unit sold. No registration is required to bid on sale day. Buyers are required to provide a valid driver's license and a $100 cash deposit. The cash deposit is refundable once our office is notified that the purchased unit is emptied before Tuesday at 4:00PM.  If the leased space is not fully cleaned out by Tuesday at 4:00 PM, it will be considered abandoned. As a result, you will forfeit your deposit, but you may choose to rent the leased space if desired.  Credit and debit cards are also accepted but will be charged a 3% fee of the amount charged.
