- Set up autopay for hassle-free monthly payments.
- Pay online anytime via our website or mobile app.
- Mail your payment by check.
- Drop off payments securely in our onsite payment drop slot.
- Pay in person during office hours using cash, check, or money order.
- Make payments over the phone using our automated phone system (IVR) at no additional cost.
If you prefer to speak with a customer service agent to make a payment, please note that a $3.00 convenience fee will apply.
We do not allow hazardous materials, food, liquids, perishable items, or illegal substances to be stored in our units.
Please refer to your rental agreement or contact us directly for a full list of prohibited items and guidelines.
Our storage units are available on a flexible month-to-month basis with a minimum rental period of one month.
We prorate the first month’s rent, so you only pay for the days you use. However, please note that we do not prorate the final month of your rental.
Yes, you are required to provide your own lock for your storage unit.
If you don’t have one, we offer a selection of locks for sale at our office, including:
- A $12 round disk lock with a lifetime warranty
- A $9 lock
- A $6 lock
All warranties are provided through Chateau Products.
We also carry a variety of other storage-related merchandise available for purchase at our office for your convenience.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 7th, a late fee will be applied.
After 20 days of non-payment, your unit will be overlocked, and access will be denied.
If the balance remains unpaid for 30 days, we will begin the storage auction process in accordance with state laws.
Yes! If a different size unit is available, we can easily transfer you. Just contact our office, and our team will assist you with the switch to better fit your storage needs.
