We offer several convenient payment options for your storage unit. You can set up autopay, pay online through our website or mobile app, or mail in a check. Additionally, you can drop off payments in our drop slot or pay in person at our office using cash, check, or money order during our open hours. If you prefer to pay over the phone, we can assist you, but please note that a convenience fee will apply for this service.
We do not allow hazardous materials, food, liquid, perishable items, or illegal substances in our storage units. Please check with us or see your rental agreement for a complete list of prohibited items.
Our storage units are available on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum rental period of one month. We prorate the first month’s rent, so you only pay for the days you use. However, please note that we do not prorate for the final month of your rental.
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your storage unit. However, we offer locks for sale at our office, including a $12 round disk lock with a lifetime warranty, a $9 lock, and a $6 lock. All warranties are provided through Chateau Products. Additionally, we have a variety of other merchandise available for purchase at our office.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 7th. After 20 days of delinquency, your unit will be overlocked, and access will be denied. If the balance remains unpaid for 30 days, the storage auction process begins.
Yes, we can transfer you to a different size unit if one is available. Just contact our office, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.
